Baker Property Consultants was founded in 2011 by John Baker as a commercial property consultancy specialising in lease consultancy and dispute resolution. John acts for owners and occupiers of retail, office and industrial properties, providing advice for rent reviews, lease renewals, lease regears and acquisition support.

Additionally, John has been on the RICS Panel of Rent Review Arbitrators and Independent Experts since 2009. As an experienced Arbitrator and Independent Expert, he is regularly appointed by the Dispute Resolution Service of RICS (and also by private agreement) to decide commercial rent disputes, and as dispute resolver in business tenancy renewals under PACT (Professional Arbitration on Court Terms)
